1. Gather your tools and materials.
* Replacement PCV valve
* T30 Torx bit
* Flat-head screwdriver
2. Locate the PCV valve.
* The PCV valve is located on the top of the engine, near the back. It is a small, black valve with a hose connected to it.
3. Disconnect the hose from the PCV valve.
* Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry the hose off of the PCV valve.
4. Remove the old PCV valve.
* Use a T30 Torx bit to remove the bolt that holds the PCV valve in place.
* Once the bolt is removed, you can pull the PCV valve out of the engine.
5. Install the new PCV valve.
* Insert the new PCV valve into the engine.
* Replace the bolt and tighten it with the T30 Torx bit.
* Attach the hose to the PCV valve.
6. Start the engine and check for leaks.
* Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
* Check the area around the PCV valve for any leaks.
* If you see any leaks, tighten the hose clamp until the leak stops.
7. You're done!
* The PCV valve replacement is now complete.
