Tools and Materials needed:
- Replacement license plate light bulbs (Type: T10 Wedge Base Bulb)
- A flathead or Phillips head screwdriver
- A pair of needle-nose pliers
Instructions:
1. Park your CLK320 in a well-lit area and engage the parking brake.
2. Locate the license plate lights on the rear of your vehicle.
3. Use a flathead or Phillips head screwdriver to pry open the plastic cover over the license plate light housing.
4. Once the cover is removed, you will see the light bulb socket.
5. Use needle-nose pliers to carefully grasp and pull out the old light bulb from the socket.
6. Insert the new replacement bulb into the socket, ensuring it is properly seated.
7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 for the other side if both license plate light bulbs need replacement.
8. Snap the plastic cover back into place to secure the new light bulbs.
9. Test the new light bulbs by turning on your vehicle's lights. Make sure both license plate lights are working correctly.
