4. Relay Issue: There might be a problem with the turn signal relay or flasher relay that controls the blinking rate. Replace the relay with a compatible one.
5. Hazard Switch- Check the Hazard switch as it can also have some role in this
6. Check for Shorts: Inspect the wiring for any shorts or damage that could affect the circuit responsible for turn signals. Repair or replace damaged wiring as needed.
