How do you open the hood when inside release is broken on a Mercedes?

1. Locate the secondary hood release. This is usually located in the driver's footwell, near the door hinge. It will be a small, plastic or metal lever.

2. Pull the secondary hood release. This will release the hood latch.

3. Go outside the vehicle and lift the hood. The hood will be slightly ajar.

4. Find the primary hood release. This will be located on the front of the car, near the radiator. It will be a small, metal lever.

5. Pull the primary hood release. This will completely release the hood latch and allow you to open the hood.
