1. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position, but do not start the engine.
2. Press and hold the gas pedal for at least 10 seconds.
3. While still holding the gas pedal, turn the ignition key to "START" and release it immediately.
4. The check engine light will blink for a few seconds and then turn off.
5. Release the gas pedal and start the engine.
6. The check engine light is now reset.
