- New headlight (check your owner’s manual for the correct part number)
- T25 Torx screwdriver
- Flat-head screwdriver
- 10mm socket wrench
Instructions
1. Open the hood of your car.
2. Locate the headlight assembly you need to replace. It is behind a plastic cover that clips into place. Carefully pry the cover using a flat-head screwdriver.
3. Remove the three T25 Torx screws that hold the headlight assembly in place.
4. Carefully pull the headlight assembly out of the car. Be careful not to drop it.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the headlight assembly.
6. Remove the old headlight from the housing by twisting the bulb counterclockwise and pulling it out.
7. Install the new headlight into the housing by twisting it clockwise until it is snug.
8. Reconnect the electrical connector to the back of the headlight assembly.
9. Replace the headlight assembly into the car and secure it with the three T25 Torx screws.
10. Snap the plastic cover back into place.
11. Repeat steps 2-9 for the other headlight assembly if needed.
