• Make sure the stereo is off.
• Place the stereo keys or slim jim keys into the slots on either side of the stereo.
• Push keys or slim jim keys in and turn counter clockwise until the stereo pops out.
2) Pull Out Stereo from Dashboard Trim by Reaching Behind Radio
• Reach behind the back of the radio with both hands.
• Pull the outer black plastic faceplate (not the inner metallic faceplate) forward towards you to pull it off the stereo.
• Remove the 4 black Philips head screws in back holding stereo to dashboard trim.
3) Separate the Plastic Stereo faceplate from the Metal Faceplate
• Separate the metallic faceplate from the black plastic faceplate by pulling outward on the bottom then upward.
4) Push in Reset Button for 1 second Using a Key or Pen Tip
• The reset button is behind the left-side button and is a small black circle.
• Push the reset button in for 1 second using a key or pen tip.
**5) Reinstall Stereo into the Car and Enter your Code to Unlock

• Put everything back together in the reverse order.
• After reinstalling enter the code to be able to use the stereo again to unlock it.
