2. Open the center console. There is a button on the front of the console that will release it.
3. Remove the ashtray. The ashtray is located in the center of the console. Use your finger or something like a pen or stylus to press the two small white clips that are located on the top and bottom of the ashtray. Slide the ashtray upward to release it.
4. Remove the storage compartment liner. Once you have removed the ashtray you will be able to see the console's storage compartment liner. Insert your finger or a pry tool into the gap between the console and the liner located beneath the radio and pull the liner upward to remove it.
5. Locate the screws holding the console in place. There are two screws that are holding the console in place. Once the storage compartment liner is removed, you will be able to see them on either side of the storage area's frame.
6. Remove the screws. Remove the two screws using the appropriate screwdriver.
7. Lift the console up and off. Once you have removed the screws, you will be able to lift the console up and off of the car.
