How to change a tire on range rover?

Changing a tire on a Range Rover is similar to changing a tire on any other vehicle. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Tools and Materials Needed:

- Spare tire

- Jack

- Lug wrench

- Wheel chocks (to prevent the vehicle from rolling)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Park your Range Rover on a level, stable surface, and apply the parking brake.

2. Use the lug wrench to loosen the lug nuts on the flat tire (turn counterclockwise). Do not completely remove the lug nuts yet.

3. Place the wheel chocks against the tires diagonally opposite the flat tire to prevent the vehicle from rolling.

4. Use the jack to lift the vehicle off the ground until the flat tire is about six inches off the ground. Be sure to consult the owner’s manual for the proper placement of the jack.

5. Remove the lug nuts completely and take off the flat tire.

6. Place the spare tire on the lug bolts and hand-tighten the lug nuts.

7. Lower the vehicle using the jack until it is just touching the ground. Tighten the lug nuts in a star pattern using the lug wrench as much as you can.

8. Lower the vehicle completely and remove the jack and wheel chocks.

9. Tighten the lug nuts one final time using the lug wrench (as tight as possible by hand).

Always refer to your Range Rover’s owner’s manual for specific instructions and safety guidelines related to changing a tire. If you are not comfortable performing this task, it’s best to have it done by a qualified mechanic.
