How do you remove the reverse lights of a BMW 525i?

To remove the reverse lights of a BMW 525i, follow these steps:

You Will Need:

• New Reverse Light bulbs (two bulbs per side)

• BMW T20 Torx screwdriver

1. Use the BMW T20 screwdriver to unscrew the two Torx screws holding the reverse light assembly to the trunk liner.

2. Carefully lift the reverse light assembly out of the trunk liner.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector by squeezing the release tab and pulling the connector straight out.

4. Twist the reverse light bulb counterclockwise to remove it from the socket.

5. Insert a new reverse light bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise until it is secure.

6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other reverse light.

7. Reattach the electrical connector by pushing it back into the socket until it clicks into place.

8. Carefully replace the reverse light assembly in the trunk liner and secure it with the two Torx screws.
