Bobcat loader repair How to fix Loader that will not lift or tilt. replace the Actuator n a 863H bobcat?

*Loader Actuator

*Gasket

*Hydraulic Fluid

Instructions

1.) Park the bobcat on a level surface and engage the parking brake.

2.) Shut off the engine and allow it to cool down.

3.) Raise the loader arms to their full height and chock the wheels to prevent them from rolling.

4.) Locate the loader actuator on the side of the hydraulic reservoir. It is a cylindrical shaped component with hydraulic lines attached to it.

5.) Disconnect the hydraulic lines from the actuator. Use a wrench to loosen the fittings and then pull the lines off. Be careful not to spill any hydraulic fluid.

6.) Remove the bolts that secure the actuator to the hydraulic reservoir. Use a wrench to loosen the bolts and then remove them by hand.

7.) Carefully lift the actuator out of the hydraulic reservoir. Be careful not to damage the gasket that is located between the actuator and the reservoir.

8.)Inspect the gasket for damage and replace it if necessary.

9.)Install the new actuator in the hydraulic reservoir. Be careful not to damage the gasket.

10.)Secure the actuator to the hydraulic reservoir with the bolts. Tighten the bolts with a wrench.

11.)Reconnect the hydraulic lines to the actuator. Use a wrench to tighten the fittings.

12.) Lower the loader arms and remove the chocks.

13.)Start the engine and test the loader. The loader should now lift and tilt properly.
