Summary:

The Tow Truck Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting disabled vehicles during emergency situations and roadside incidents. Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Towing and Transportation:

- Respond to towing requests and dispatch calls for disabled or accident-involved vehicles.

- Safely and securely load vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques and equipment.

- Transport vehicles to designated locations, including repair shops or storage facilities.

- Follow traffic regulations and safety protocols while towing vehicles.

2. Customer Service:

- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

- Clearly communicate towing procedures and charges, ensuring accurate pricing information is provided.

- Provide assistance and guidance to customers during stressful situations.

3. Safety and Compliance:

- Conduct thorough safety inspections of the tow truck before and after each use.

- Ensure the tow truck is properly maintained and equipped with necessary safety devices.

4. Emergency Response:

- Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency responders during accident scenes.

Qualifications:

- Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to handle minor repairs.
