Can a car be repossessed from close gate?

Yes, in most jurisdictions, unless you live where you have very specific gates/doors the are locked/controlled 24-7 a car can always be repossessed. While repossession generally does require that the lender take "peaceful" possession of the vehicle, this does not mean that the repossessor must wait for you to voluntarily hand over the keys. Instead, repossessors are generally permitted to enter into the premises where the vehicle is being parked, open or otherwise disable any locked compartments where the vehicle is being kept, hook up the vehicle to a tow truck, and tow the vehicle off to another site without permission (as long as doing so does not necessitate using unreasonable force or the destruction of private property). In other words, a repossessor can legally break into you garage, storage place, etc. to repossess a vehicle -- or they can forcibly break the lock to the property to get the possession needed.
