- Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the alternator.
- Remove the serpentine belt.
- Remove the two 12 mm bolts holding the alternator bracket to the engine.
- Remove the two 14 mm bolts holding the alternator to the engine.
- Remove the alternator from the engine.
