- Jack and jack stands

- New shock absorbers
Instructions:
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Loosen the lug nuts on the rear wheels, then jack up the vehicle and secure it on jack stands.
3. Remove the lug nuts and wheels, then remove the brake caliper bolts and slide the calipers out of the way.
4. Locate the upper and lower shock absorber mounting bolts, then spray them with penetrating oil to loosen any rust.
5. Use a wrench to hold the shaft of the shock absorber while you use a socket to loosen and remove the upper mounting bolt.
6. Remove the lower shock absorber mounting bolt, then carefully lower the shock absorber from the vehicle.
7. Slide the new shock absorber into place, then insert the lower mounting bolt and tighten it until snug.
8. Insert the upper mounting bolt and tighten it until snug.
9. Repeat steps 5-8 for the other rear shock absorber.
10. Reinstall the wheels, lug nuts, brake calipers, and lug nut covers.
11. Lower the vehicle and test drive it.
