To remove the right inside door trim of a Mazda 323 with a manual window winder, follow these steps:

1. Gather your tools. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver, a flathead screwdriver, and a pry tool.

5. Remove the screws. There are two screws holding the door trim in place. One is located behind where the door handle was. The other is located near the bottom of the door trim. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove these screws.

6. Pry the door trim off. Starting from the bottom corner, pry the door trim off of the door. Be careful not to damage the trim.
