* The amount of money you owe on the loan
* The date by which you must pay the money
* A statement that the lender will repossess the vehicle if you do not pay the money by the deadline
If you do not pay the money by the deadline, the lender can repossess the vehicle. However, they must do so in a peaceful and lawful manner. They cannot use force or violence, and they cannot damage the vehicle.
If the lender does repossess the vehicle, they must send you a notice of repossession within 10 days. The notice must include the following information:
* The date and time of the repossession
* The location of the vehicle
* The name and address of the person who repossessed the vehicle
* A statement of your rights under the law
You have certain rights after your vehicle has been repossessed. You can redeem the vehicle by paying the full amount of money you owe on the loan, plus any fees and charges. You can also sell the vehicle yourself and use the proceeds to pay off the loan. If you do not redeem or sell the vehicle, the lender will sell it at auction.
