How do you adjust the idle screw on a 2000 Buick leseabre?

The 2000 Buick LeSabre does not have an adjustable idle screw. The PCM has total control over the IAC (Idle Air Control), and idle speed cannot be adjusted manually as it is fully computer-controlled.
