2. Screwdriver
3. WD-40 or a similar lubricant
Instructions:
1. Open the car door as far as it will go, if possible.
2. Locate the door latch mechanism. It is usually located on the inside edge of the door, near the door handle.
3. Use the pliers to grab the release lever on the door latch mechanism and pull it up or down to release the door.
4. If the release lever is stuck, use the screwdriver to pry it up or down.
5. Once the door is open, spray some WD-40 or a similar lubricant into the door latch mechanism.
6. Work the door latch mechanism back and forth a few times to distribute the lubricant.
7. Close the door and test the door latch to make sure it is working properly.
If the door latch is still stuck after following these steps, you may need to replace the door latch mechanism.
