How do you replace side mirror 97 buick?

Tools Needed:

- Pry bar

- Phillips-head screwdriver

- Small flat-head screwdriver

- 10mm socket wrench

- 12mm socket wrench

- New side mirror

Instructions:

1. Park your car in a safe location. Turn off the engine and set the parking brake.

2. Locate the side mirror you need to replace. The side mirrors on a 1997 Buick are located on the doors, near the front fenders.

3. Use a pry bar to pry off the cover of the side mirror. There are two covers on each side mirror, one on the front and one on the back. Start by prying off the front cover.

4. Remove the Phillips-head screws holding the side mirror in place. There are two screws on each side mirror.

5. Disconnect the electrical connector for the side mirror. The electrical connector is located on the back of the side mirror.

6. Remove the old side mirror. Once you have disconnected the electrical connector, you can remove the old side mirror by pulling it straight off the door.

7. Install the new side mirror. To install the new side mirror, simply reverse the steps you took to remove the old one.

8. Test the new side mirror to make sure it is working properly. Once you have installed the new side mirror, test it by turning on the ignition and adjusting the mirror.
