2. Remove the steering wheel. This will give you more room to work on the ignition switch.
3. Remove the ignition switch cover. There are two screws that hold the cover in place.
4. Remove the lock cylinder. There is a small hole on the side of the lock cylinder. Insert a paper clip into the hole and push it in until the lock cylinder pops out.
5. Remove the ignition switch. There are four screws that hold the ignition switch in place. Remove the screws and pull the ignition switch out.
6. Install the new ignition switch. Insert the new ignition switch into the hole and secure it with the four screws.
7. Replace the lock cylinder. Insert the lock cylinder into the hole and turn it until it clicks into place.
8. Replace the ignition switch cover. Secure the cover with the two screws.
9. Reconnect the battery.
10. Test the ignition switch. Turn the key in the ignition to make sure that the engine starts.
