- A ratchet
- A socket wrench
- A breaker bar
- A pry bar
Instructions:
1. Park the car in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood of the car.
3. Locate the drive belts. They are located on the front of the engine, near the top.
4. Use the breaker bar to loosen the tensioner pulley bolt. This will loosen the tension on the belts.
5. Use the pry bar to pry the belts off of the pulleys.
6. Once the belts are removed, you can remove the tensioner pulley bolt.
7. You can now remove the old belts and install new ones.
Here are some additional tips:
- Be careful not to drop any bolts or nuts into the engine.
- If you are having difficulty removing the belts, you may need to use a penetrating oil to loosen the bolts.
