1. Make sure the parking brake is engaged.
2. Locate the trunk release lever in the lower left side of the driver’s footwell.
3. Pull the lever to release the trunk lid.
From outside the vehicle
1. Open the fuel filler door on the driver’s side.
2. Locate the trunk release button at the bottom of the fuel door.
3. Press the button and lift the trunk lid.
Note: If the battery is dead, the trunk can be opened manually using the emergency trunk release cable in the trunk.
