Instructions:
1.) Turn off the engine of your 1997 Z71 and apply the parking brake.
2.) Open the hood of your vehicle and locate the wiper motor. It is usually mounted on the firewall, near the base of the windshield.
3.) Disconnect the electrical connectors from the wiper motor by pressing down on the release tabs and pulling them out.
4.) Remove the bolts holding the wiper motor in place using the wrench.
5.) Remove the old wiper motor and gasket.
6.) Clean the mounting surface of the wiper motor with a damp cloth.
7.) Place the new gasket in place on the mounting surface.
8.) Install the new wiper motor and secure the bolts using the wrench.
9.) Reconnect the electrical connectors by pushing them into place until they click.
10.) Close the hood of your vehicle.
That completes the installation of the wiper motor on your 1997 Z71.
