1. Remove the door panel. You will need to use a screwdriver or pry bar to remove the screws that hold the door panel in place. Once the screws are removed, carefully pry the door panel off the door.
2. Locate the door hinge pins. The door hinge pins are located on the side of the door where the door hinges attach to the body of the vehicle.
3. Remove the door hinge pins. Use a punch and hammer to drive the door hinge pins out of the door hinges.
4. Clean the door hinge pins and hinges. Use a wire brush to clean the door hinge pins and hinges. Remove any rust or dirt that may be present.
5. Install the new door hinge pins. Place the new door hinge pins into the door hinges. Make sure that the pins are fully seated in the hinges.
6. Reinstall the door panel. Carefully place the door panel back into its original position. Secure the door panel with the screws that you removed in Step 1.
7. Test the door to make sure that it opens and closes properly.
