2. Locate the hazard switch. The hazard switch is usually located on the dashboard.
3. Remove the screws that hold the hazard switch in place. There are usually two or three screws that hold the switch in place.
4. Disconnect the wiring from the hazard switch. There will be two or three wires connected to the hazard switch. Disconnect the wires by gently pulling them out of the connectors.
5. Remove the hazard switch from the vehicle. Once the wires are disconnected, you can remove the hazard switch from the vehicle.
6. Install the new hazard switch. Place the new hazard switch into the vehicle and secure it with the screws that you removed in step 3.
7. Reconnect the wiring to the hazard switch. Reconnect the wires by gently pushing them back into the connectors.
8. Test the hazard switch. Turn on the hazard lights and make sure that they are working properly.
9. Reconnect the battery. Reconnect the battery and start the car to ensure that the new hazard switch is working.
