1. Turn the ignition key to the “On” position. Do not start the engine.
2. Within 5 seconds, press and hold the trip odometer reset button for at least 10 seconds.
3. The maintenance required light will flash three times, indicating that the light has been reset.
4. Release the trip odometer reset button.
5. Turn the ignition key to the “Off” position.
Note: If the maintenance required light does not reset after following the above steps, the vehicle’s computer may need to be reset. This can be done by disconnecting the battery for at least 30 minutes.
