How do you replace the horn in a 1991 Nissan pickup?

Tools Needed:

- Flathead screwdriver

- Phillips head screwdriver

- Socket wrench set

- Horn wrench

Instructions:

1. Disconnect the battery. This is a safety precaution to prevent any accidental electrical shocks.

2. Locate the horn. The horn is usually located behind the front grille of the vehicle.

3. Remove the grille. The grille is usually held in place by a few screws or bolts.

4. Disconnect the horn wiring. There will be two wires connected to the horn. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry open the connectors and detach the wires.

5. Remove the horn mounting bolts. There are usually two bolts that hold the horn in place. Use a socket wrench to remove the bolts.

6. Install the new horn. Align the new horn with the mounting holes and insert the bolts. Tighten the bolts until they are snug.

7. Reattach the horn wiring. Connect the two wires to the horn terminals. Make sure that the positive wire is connected to the positive terminal and the negative wire is connected to the negative terminal.

8. Replace the grille. Reinstall the grille by securing the screws or bolts.

9. Reconnect the battery.

Tips:

* If you are having difficulty removing the horn mounting bolts, you may need to use a penetrating oil to loosen them.

* Be careful not to drop the horn when you are removing it.

* Make sure that the new horn is the correct size and shape for your vehicle.
