1. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the screws that hold the dashboard panel in place.
3. Pry the dashboard panel off carefully, being careful not to damage the clips.
4. Locate the clock and remove the screws that hold it in place.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the clock, and put the clock aside.
6. With a multimeter, check for voltage across the clock connector to ensure that it's getting power.
7. With a multimeter, check the continuity between the clock's connector pins and the clock's circuit board to make sure that the circuit is complete.
8. Check for any loose or broken solder connections on the clock's circuit board. If any are found, resolder them.
9. If the clock display is malfunctioning, it's likely the issue is with the LCD screen. To replace it, you'll need to disassemble the clock assembly.
10. Reinstall the clock, connect the electrical connector, and put the dashboard panel back in place.
11. Reconnect the battery's negative terminal.
If the clock still does not work after following these steps, it may be necessary to purchase a new clock assembly from a Honda dealer or an online parts supplier.
