Here are the steps to reset the low tire pressure warning light on a 2004 Toyota Highlander:

1. Ensure that all four tires have been properly inflated to the recommended air pressure.

2. Turn on the ignition, without starting the engine. Do this by turning the key to the "ON" position, without turning the key to "START"

3. Press and hold the “TPMS” button, which is located on the center console, until the tire pressure warning light blinks three consecutive times. This should take approximately 3 seconds.

4. Turn off the ignition.

5. Start the engine and check that the TPMS warning light has turned off.
