How do you remove the front brake disc on a 2004 Mazda 6?

To remove the front brake disc on a 2004 Mazda 6, follow these steps:

1. Loosen the lug nuts. Use a lug wrench to loosen the lug nuts on the wheel that is attached to the brake disc you want to remove. Do not remove the lug nuts completely.

2. Jack up the car. Place a jack under the car's frame, near the front wheel. Jack the car up until the wheel is off the ground.

3. Remove the lug nuts. Use the lug wrench to remove the lug nuts and take off the wheel.

4. Remove the brake caliper. There are two bolts that hold the brake caliper in place. Use a wrench to loosen and remove these bolts. Be careful not to drop the brake caliper.

5. Remove the brake disc. Once the brake caliper is removed, the brake disc will be visible. Use a pry bar to pry the brake disc off of the wheel hub.

6. Clean the wheel hub. Before installing the new brake disc, clean the wheel hub thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris.

7. Install the new brake disc. Place the new brake disc on the wheel hub. Make sure that the brake disc is seated properly.

8. Install the brake caliper. Reattach the brake caliper to the wheel hub using the bolts that you removed earlier. Tighten the bolts until they are snug.

9. Install the wheel. Put the wheel back on the lug nuts and tighten them until they are snug.

10. Lower the car. Use the jack to lower the car until it is back on the ground.

11. Test the brakes. Before driving the car, test the brakes to make sure they are working properly.
