- A new serpentine belt
- A 10mm wrench
- A 12mm wrench
- A pry bar
- A flashlight
1. Park the car in a safe location and turn off the engine. Allow the engine to cool down completely.
2. Open the hood of the car.
3. Locate the serpentine belt. It is a long, black belt that runs around the front of the engine.
4. Loosen the 10mm bolt that holds the tensioner pulley in place.
5. Use the pry bar to pry the tensioner pulley away from the belt.
6. Remove the old serpentine belt.
7. Install the new serpentine belt. Make sure that the belt is routed correctly around all of the pulleys.
8. Tighten the 10mm bolt that holds the tensioner pulley in place.
9. Start the engine and check to make sure that the serpentine belt is working properly.

- If the serpentine belt is cracked, frayed, or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
- The tensioner pulley should be replaced if it is worn or damaged.
