Here are some additional tips for changing the alternator belt on a Mazda B2200 pickup:
- Make sure that you have the correct size belt for your vehicle. The size of the belt will be printed on the side of the old belt.
- If the alternator belt is too loose, it will slip and make noise. If the alternator belt is too tight, it will put unnecessary strain on the alternator and can cause it to fail.
- If you are not comfortable changing the alternator belt yourself, you can take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic.
