How do you turn off the seatbelt sensor in 2008 Toyota Tacoma?

The seatbelt sensor in a 2008 Toyota Tacoma cannot be turned off. However, you can bypass the sensor by inserting the metal part of a key or small screwdriver into the buckle until the seatbelt light turns off. This is not recommended, however, as it can defeat the safety purpose of the seatbelt sensor.
