The seat belt retractor is located on the rear of the seat, behind the seat cushion.
Step 2: Remove the seat cushion.**
To remove the seat cushion, pull up on the front edge of the cushion until it releases from the clips holding it in place.
Step 3: Locate the seat belt retractor bolt.**
The seat belt retractor bolt is located on the bottom of the retractor.
Step 4: Loosen the seat belt retractor bolt. **
Loosen the seat belt retractor bolt a few turns, but do not remove it completely.
Step 5: Pull the seat belt webbing out of the retractor.**
While holding the seat belt retractor bolt in place, pull the seat belt webbing out of the retractor until the seat belt is fully retracted.
Step 6: Tighten the seat belt retractor bolt.**
Tighten the seat belt retractor bolt until it is snug. Replace the seat cushion. Test the seat belt to ensure that it is working properly.
