1. Locate the tail light assembly.
- The tail light assemblies are located on either side of the vehicle, at the rear.
- They are typically held in place by a few screws or bolts.
2. Remove the screws or bolts holding the tail light assembly in place.
- Use a Phillips head screwdriver or a socket wrench to remove the screws or bolts.
3. Pull the tail light assembly out of the vehicle.
- Be careful not to drop the tail light assembly.
- There may be a wire connector that needs to be disconnected before you can remove the tail light assembly.
4. Replace the tail light bulb.
- Locate the tail light bulb that needs to be replaced.
- It will be located in the back of the tail light assembly.
- Turn the bulb counterclockwise to remove it.
- Insert the new tail light bulb and turn it clockwise until it is secure.
5. Reinstall the tail light assembly.
- Place the tail light assembly back in the vehicle and replace the screws or bolts that you removed earlier.
- Make sure that the tail light assembly is securely in place.
