1. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position, but do not start the vehicle.
2. Press and hold the "ODO/TRIP" button on the instrument cluster.
3. While holding the "ODO/TRIP" button, turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position.
4. Continue to hold the "ODO/TRIP" button for at least 5 seconds, or until the maintenance light turns off.
5. Release the "ODO/TRIP" button.
6. Turn the ignition key back to the "ON" position to verify that the maintenance light has been reset.
Note: If the maintenance light does not turn off after following these steps, you may need to take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.
