1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Allow the engine to cool down completely to avoid the risk of burns.
3. Open the hood of your vehicle.
4. Locate the coolant reservoir, which is usually a translucent plastic container with a black cap located near the front of the engine compartment.
5. Check the coolant level by looking at the marks on the reservoir. The coolant level should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks.
6. If the coolant level is low, remove the black cap from the reservoir.
7. Slowly pour the recommended type of coolant into the reservoir until the level reaches the "Full" mark.
8. Replace the black cap securely.
9. Close the hood of your vehicle.
Note:
- Do not overfill the coolant reservoir, as this can cause damage to the cooling system.
- Always refer to the owner's manual of your Kia Spectra for the recommended coolant type and mixture ratio.
- If you are not comfortable performing this task yourself, it is best to have it done by a qualified mechanic.
