Open the fuse box. The fuse box is located under the dashboard, on the driver's side.
Locate the fuse for the windscreen wipers. The fuse for the windscreen wipers is usually labeled "WIPERS" or "Wipers/Washers".
Remove the fuse. Gently pull the fuse straight out of the fuse box.
Replace the fuse. Insert a new fuse of the same amperage rating as the old fuse into the fuse box.
Close the fuse box. Make sure that the fuse box cover is securely closed.
Test the windscreen wipers. Turn on the ignition and turn the windscreen wiper switch to the "On" position. The windscreen wipers should now work properly.
