How do you remove front brake rotor on 1990 k-5 blazer 4x4?

Tools Needed:

* Lug wrench

* Jack and jack stands

* Socket set

* Pliers

* Screwdriver

* Hammer

Instructions:

1. Park your Blazer on a level surface and set the parking brake.

2. Loosen the lug nuts on the front wheels.

3. Jack up the front of the Blazer and place jack stands under the frame.

4. Remove the lug nuts and take off the wheels.

5. Use a screwdriver to pry off the dust cap on the brake rotor.

6. Use a socket to loosen the caliper mounting bolts.

7. Remove the caliper and hang it out of the way with a piece of wire.

8. Remove the brake rotor.

Tips:

* If the brake rotor is stuck, you can use a hammer to tap it loose.

* Be careful not to damage the brake caliper when removing it.

Once you have removed the brake rotor, you can inspect it for wear and replace it if necessary.
