How do you reset the computer on a 2000 Mitsubishi galant?

To reset the computer, disconnect the Negative Battery Cable from your 2000 Mitsubishi Galant battery by turning it counterclockwise with a wrench. Wait at least 30 seconds and reconnect it by twisting the Negative Battery Cable back and tightening to snug.
