1. Tools and Materials
- Flathead screwdriver or trim removal tool
- Phillips screwdriver
- Socket wrench set
- New rear speakers
- Speaker wire (if necessary)

2. Preparing the Car
- Park your car on a flat surface and turn off the engine.
- Engage the parking brake to ensure that the car does not roll while you are working.

3. Removing the Rear Speaker Covers
- Locate the rear speaker covers in the side panels behind the rear seats.
- Use a flathead screwdriver or trim removal tool to gently pry the speaker covers off. Be careful not to damage the covers or the surrounding panels.

4. Disconnecting the Speaker Wires
- Once the speaker covers are removed, you will see the speakers and their wires.
- Disconnect the speaker wires by pressing on the release tabs on the connectors and pulling them apart.

5. Removing the Speakers
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws holding the speakers in place.
- Carefully lift the speakers out of the enclosures. Be mindful of any wires or connections that may still be attached to the speakers.

6. Installing the New Speakers
- Place the new speakers into the enclosures and align the screw holes.
- Secure the speakers using the screws removed earlier.

7. Connecting the Speaker Wires
- Connect the speaker wires to the corresponding terminals on the new speakers. Make sure to match the positive (+) and negative (-) wires correctly.

8. Testing the Speakers
- Turn on the car and the audio system.
- Play some music to test that the new speakers are working properly. Adjust the balance settings on your audio system if necessary.

9. Reinstalling the Speaker Covers
- Once you are satisfied with the sound, reinstall the rear speaker covers by snapping them back into place.
- Double-check that the covers are securely in place to prevent rattling or vibrations.
