- Unscrew the screws holding the door panel in place.
- Gently pry the door panel off, starting at the bottom.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors for the power window and door lock.
2. Locate the vent glass.
- The vent glass is located in the front of the door, near the side mirror.
3. Remove the bolts holding the vent glass in place.
- There will be two or three bolts holding the vent glass in place.
- Remove these bolts using a socket wrench.
4. Gently pry the vent glass out of the door.
- Be careful not to break the vent glass.
5. Clean the area where the vent glass was installed.
- Remove any old sealant or adhesive from the area.
6. Install the new vent glass.
- Place the new vent glass into the door.
- Secure it in place with the bolts that you removed earlier.
7. Replace the door panel.
- Snap the door panel back into place.
- Reconnect the electrical connectors for the power window and door lock.
- Screw in the screws that hold the door panel in place.
Your new vent glass is now installed!
