1. Locate the spare tire. The spare tire is located in the rear cargo area of the vehicle.
2. Remove the spare tire cover. The spare tire cover is secured by a series of plastic clips. To remove the cover, pry the clips loose with a flat-head screwdriver.
3. Lift the spare tire cover off of the tire. Be careful not to drop the cover on your head or feet.
4. Store the spare tire cover in a safe place. The spare tire cover can be stored in the rear cargo area of the vehicle or in the garage.
