How do you reset the maintenance switch on a 1985 BMW 735i?

1. Turn the ignition switch to the "On" position.
2. Press the "Maintenance Reset" button, which is located on the dashboard.
3. Hold the button for about 10 seconds until the maintenance light begins to flash.
4. Release the button and turn the ignition switch to the "Off" position.
5. The maintenance light should now be reset.
