How do you reset the maintenance required light on a 2011 Toyota Corolla?

To reset the maintenance required light in a 2011 Toyota Corolla:

1. Ensure the car is in the "Off" position, and insert the key into the ignition.

2. Do not start the engine, but turn the key to the "On" position, without actually starting the vehicle.

3. Continue pressing and holding the odometer reset button which is labeled as "TRIP" for a few seconds until "ODO" is displayed (this button is usually located on the dashboard or near the speedometer).

4. Continue holding the "TRIP" button while also turning the key to the "Off" position and release everything at the same time.

5. Now turn the key back to the "On" position "without" starting the engine and you would see all the indicator lights momentarily illuminate including the maintenance light

6. Press and hold the "TRIP" button until the maintenance light turns off which signifies you reset the interval.

7. You can verify successful completion of the above procedure by turning the key all the way off and then to the "ON" position again which would not show Maintenance reminder.
