1. Locate the fuel filter. It is usually located near the fuel tank, under the car.
2. Use the flathead screwdriver to pry up the plastic clip that holds the fuel filter in place.
3. Once the clip is pryed up, use the pliers to pull the fuel filter out of its housing.
4. Be careful not to spill any fuel when removing the fuel filter.
