How do you change the braking switch on a 1997 Chrysler Sebring LXI?

1. Park your car on a level surface and turn off the engine.

2. Open the hood and locate the brake switch.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the brake switch.

4. Remove the two bolts that hold the brake switch in place.

5. Remove the old brake switch and replace it with a new one.

6. Reattach the two bolts and reconnect the electrical connector.

7. Test the brake switch by pressing on the brake pedal. The brake lights should come on
