3. Remove the Headlight Cover:
- Some models require you to remove a plastic cover or cap to access the headlight bulb.
- Use a screwdriver or plastic prying tool to gently release the tabs holding the cover in place.
4. Access the Headlight Bulb Socket:
- Once the headlight cover is removed, you'll be able to see the headlight bulb socket.
5. Disconnect Electrical Connectors:
- Locate the electrical connector attached to the bulb socket.
- Gently press the release tab on the connector and unplug it from the bulb socket.
6. Remove the Old Bulb:
- Turn the old headlight bulb counterclockwise (usually 1/4 of a turn) to unlock it.
- Carefully pull the bulb out of the socket.
7. Install the New Bulb:
- Align the tabs on the new bulb with the grooves in the socket.
