1. A 10mm wrench
2. A 13mm wrench
3. A ratchet with a 10mm socket
Instructions:
1. Park the Club Car on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Locate the belt tensioner, which is located on the right side of the engine, just behind the fuel tank.
3. Use the 13mm wrench to loosen the nut on the belt tensioner.
4. Use the 10mm wrench to turn the bolt on the belt tensioner clockwise to tighten the belt.
5. Tighten the nut on the belt tensioner with the 13mm wrench.
*Note: Be sure to check the belt tension after you have tightened it. The belt should be snug, but not too tight.*
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other belt, if necessary.
7. Start the Club Car and check to make sure that the belts are running smoothly.
